After your Rockstar subscription, our customer support will contact you by phone to get to know your wishes, your tastes and your eating style better.
 

We will then choose a suitable rock star for you from our portfolio. Of course, we focus on your wishes when making the selection.
 

After we have assigned the right private chef for you, your rock star will introduce himself to you in a short phone call. During the phone call you agree on a fixed desired day for your regularly booked service. 
 

In your account access you get a direct chat contact to your private chef. You can contact him at any time to express your wishes.
 

If you wish, your rock star will not only take care of the shopping for your household and for his dishes, but will also prepare your desired dishes in the booked time. 
 

The process is relatively easy! You can send a message to your private chef at any time in the chat. 
In the message you can tell your rock star what you would like to eat at the next service, whether he should buy it or whether food is already available.
You can always decide for yourself whether your private chef will do the shopping for you or use the ingredients in your apartment/house. Your Rockstar needs a means of payment on site to make a purchase.

(In contrast to a private dinner, the purchase of goods is not included in the subscription price. Only the service of your private chef is paid for in the subscription. You have to pay for the food and goods yourself)
